月餅皮:
糯米粉 40克
粘米粉 35克
澄麵 30克
糖 60克
牛奶 140克
菜油(橄欖油/玉米油...)15克
煉乳 15克

月餅餡:
雞蛋 2隻
牛油溶液 40克
奶粉 30g
吉士粉 60克
糖 90克
牛奶 80克
中筋麵粉 30克

糕粉:
糯米粉 20克

Mooncake skin:
Glutinous Rice Flour 40g
Rice flour 35g
Wheat Starch 30g
Sugar 60g
Milk 140g
Oil (Olive oil/ corn oil...) 15g
Condensed Milk 15g

Mooncake filling:
Egg 2pcs
Melted Butter 40g
Milk powder 30g
Custard Powder 60g
Sugar 90g
Milk 80g
All Purpose Flour 30g

Non- stick flour:
Glutinous Rice Flour 20g
